Alessandro Francini Bruni, Joyce intimo spogliato in piazza (Un indiavolata caricature dello scrittore irlandese), 1922
The pamphlet, irreverent, if not defamatory, is the text of the lecture which Francini Bruni, Joyce’s friend, colleague and housemate in Pola and then in Trieste, gave on the evening of 22nd February 1922, shortly after the publication of Ulysses.
